Join the first 4 weeks of my 10-WEEK PROGRAM, designed for individuals looking to establish a consistent routine. The cadence is four workouts each week, and in this portion of the program, I include 6 guided video workouts where I will be with you every step of the way. The Habit Fit Program provides a structured approach to making an active lifestyle sustainable and approachable. I utilizing habit stacking methods that are meant to ease you in, both mentally and physically. As we all know, finding the motivation to exercise is one of the biggest barriers to entry. With a focus on consistency and progress, participants will receive guidance on proper form and a variety of movements. Each week introduces new exercises and challenges to keep participants engaged and motivated.
